Vehicle mount you can walk on

I don't know if it's possible, I imagine it isn't, but I thought I'd ask anyways.
I know gsf made carriers that you could either walk on, or mount. Do you guys think it could at all be possible to make a mount point on a vehicle, like a boat, where you mount it and you're still able to walk around? For example, say there's a mount point on the middle of a boat. You mount it, and you'd be able to walk around on the boat, you wouldn't be able to fly off or jump off without dismounting again.

and prettymuch any transport vehicle with a open plate like a pickup truck

I'm quite positive this is impossible with torque. Otherwise [GSF] Ghost would have made his carrier walkable, as well as many other vehicles. I would love it too though :(
