Server not in the list

I used to be able to host after I port forwarded with no problem, now when I try (trying after 6 months of not hosting) my server doesn't work.  No one can join, including myself.

Here's my ports.

Axolotl:

Your computer's IP address might've changed. Set it on "DHCP with manual address" and type in 192.168.1.100. Set the forwarding setting's IP to 192.168.1.100

When I try to join the dedicated server says 'No Matches' 2 or 3 times.

disable it in the network options
