i've seen worse.

a friend of mine has about 0.1 mbs download and 0.1 upload at BEST
it goes down to upper kbs at average.
at worst: bs (bits, AKA unusable internet)
the worst part?
oh god forbid the worst part...
he PAYS for it.

10GB a day data cap but how can you possibly reach that?
