As you can see, I did. At least 5 times, the first time I reported nicely, and calmly. But after I said the admins name, he just sat there having his shoot out when I was reporting like a mad man.

Glass seems OK to me.  If his admins are the problem you should be calling them out instead.

Hosts can only do so much when picking admins they see fit.

Glass goes afk alot to solve your no response problem, and when you see a badmin you should IRC so that they don't kick/ban you anyways. I know Glass has been a badmin before, but he is changing and for the better.

(blue was right next to the doors, but glass was one of the 4 people that fell)
After asking why I was removed a few times, he came at me with a banhammer.
I ctrl+k'd, and later, spawned again. I entered the round, and he came at me again.
I ctrl+k again, and then he bans me from the menu.

Please do find a way to not think this is extreme badminning.
