All skin is opaque though except the layers on the palm.

But I get what you mean.
smooth white people are native to european countries that have low light exposure due to where they are geographically. it might be a fat layer or something because of the cold, but it looks obviously different.

I got a small tan.
But because of my Irish heritage I go white to easy.

I used to have a bad farmers tan.

I prefer pale skin just because I think it looks nicer, and I usually have very pale skin, but I have a slight farmers tan right now thanks to marching band camp.

I'm not tanned but I'm not pale, as for what I like both seems good, some pale girls seem really hot and I love tans/asians/darker asians (not blacks tho wtf u crazy??)

So yeah.. Both are nice.
