Stop, right now.

It can't be team. Don't insult me when you don't know what you're talking about.

Lol fail.  "stop now" was referring to your pre-middle school wanna-be talk, not the mod request.

Further, I do understand what you want, and what I suggested you do would actually work like you want it.

And why not?  Team kill is a toggleable option, is it not?  Two teams.  One that fights, one that doesn't.  Both in a minigame.  Infact, I was in Bim's fortwars, and he had this exact scenario.  You would first build a fort as a non fighter/being killeder(?), then switch teams to the fighting team and use your fort.

-EDIT-

And this jumping back and forth is annoying.  Close one of these topics, please.

he didn't insult you, and i'm pretty sure he knows what he's talking about, you just can't explain it correctly.

Oh sorry.

But I would not want Friendly Fire on. With Team Slayer on, I would have to remap my game.

Also the team would win that round. I want a specific person to win.

I also want to say my game is automatic, not manual controls, so...

You know, it really could help if you would post the reason for this, in terms of what your game is about.

My game is a tournament arena, there is gonna be a DM mode, survival, and different types of tournaments. This game is completely automatic and people are allowed to spectate, which is why I need the event so the minigame can end when there is a winner.

What about making one team, then setting auto-join off.  Not sure if that would work but i think i would for a DM team (no team) and a spectate team (the actual team).

The problem is your cmd-triggered events are manual (I think).

They did: you need to make a spectator team and just make friendly fire worth points.

Yes but I want one specific players to win the round and (Team Kill) is annoying. Can I maybe work around that?

Also command triggered events are manual, I need automatic.

Not sure if this would work or not because of the unfortunate minigame event/VCE incompatibility.

  • [onminigamekill] [self] [ifvalue] [<var:mg:TeamMembers1>] [<=] [1] [2 3][1]
  • [onvariabletrue] [self] [toggleeventenabled] [3][3]
  • [5000] [onvariabletrue] [self] [toggleeventenabled] [3]
  • [2]
  • [onplayertouch] [minigame] [centerprintall] [<var:cl:name> BL_ID <var:cl:BL_ID> has won with <var:cl:score> points and <var:pl:health>/<var:pl:maxhealth> health left]

(I just milked the ending message to show what could be added.

Again, not totally sure this would work because of that minigame event.  I also added the < before = because sometimes, people make deathshots.  I would have added in some events to make them invincible when they kill their last opponent, so as to prevent this from happening, but I'm too tired.
