then you should know how to export as ogg vorbis
EDIT: or do you want the music file for this video?
if so, http://www.listentoyoutube.com/index.php
this will convert the video into MP3 and you can trim it with audacity and export as ogg
EDIT 2: be sure to put it in the music folder in add-ons and make sure that any spaces in the name are replaced with underscores "_"

How do I know what the limit of sound you can't go over for blockland music, I think it's 0.05, i'm not sure
