Hosting service clients cannot connect to their servers

YES I ALREADY PORT MAPPED (PORT FORWARDED).

I have control over it, only if my dad gives me the password.

If he does not, I just ask him to do it, as well as forward a few more ports in case this issue happens again so I don't have to ask him too many times.
