While I think that Kalar could have been less abrupt about it, I do believe that he has the right to "steal back" the server since he was the one paying for it anyway.

It was hosted on a datacenter server provided by Clinr/Kalar. However, the host did have a pretty bad WoT rating, so it seems to have been a bit of a "malware distributor haven".
