linking with events

how do i do something such as
http://this.is.the.link.your.getting.linked.to.com with events

Nonononononono.
You can only put links in chat message, no centerprint or bottomprint.
And to do it right, put <a:www.link.com>Link Title</a>
To make the client see a Link Title and if he clicks on it he opens internet explorer and goes to www.link.com
That's how you do it right.
