I was using paint but now I'm using the gamemaker sprite editor, its sprite editor is actually not bad, and then I save each frame as a png and use the gif animator, its not very efficient but I don't really have anything else to make it with

Oh, the reason I asked is because I used Flash for mine. I don't like mine too much because it has an annoying white outline around the guy.

Guy needs some recoil, and the camera is pretty slow catching up on the projectile.
