Comedy Club [Need a New Leader!]

I want a Dane Cook version of a Blockhead.
NOW.
I decided that each server will have ONLY one act, therefore making it more selective for comedians.
I also praise Stand Up'ers, because it isn't(mostly) written down on a piece of paper.

I mean, we have to have people who won't stand on the stage for 5 minutes telling cheesy "Yo' Momma" jokes.
We rather have long acts that are full of Stand Up/Perfect Jokes.

I actually think this would be a better idea.
I wouldn't want to wait for an hour to see someone's act that I actually like and sit through comedy I'm not familiar with/don't like as much.
