Yes it is, I've used his server for a total of 6 months. I can tell you know its far better since I've used both services before.

You have 5MB upload to nearby states in the US. Over seas it is around 3-1MB depending on the country. You do not have a good enough internet connection for hosting several servers. I get 7MB upload within Finland and 3MB to Canada. Even I have a better internet connection than you.
