The only reason I actually look for a hosting service is because there is nothing I can do to convince my mother to leave the router on at night. :/

I didn't mean that, I mean the method of just uploading the files to FTP and have them all execute.

I think you have quite a nerve to go onto scratches topic saying his server doesn't have a powerful enough CPU to host several servers when your server is proving to be just as bad, if not worse.
