Yes because the users of my 41 servers all flocked to Pacnet's free service, that is obviously better.

I have a dynamic IP and No-IP Dynamic DNS doesn't really work with Apache or any other web server I tried, although FTP server does, plus Verizon's TOS doesn't allow you to run a web server.
