If you read what i said before i said i will try it when i have time to.

And if they refuse to refund a broken game (which several other people claim to have the same issues after just purchasing the game) then i dont know what kind of staff they even have.

Steam doesn't refund and their staff can't be blamed for that.
I did read you said you'd do it when you had time but with all the complaining about errors and the

It has nothing to do with the staff. It was stated clear as day in the Subscriber Agreement you accepted when you started using Steam.

I think the color glitches are from windows 7, not the game itself. Try running it without explorer.exe running in the background or alt-tab out of the game while it's running and tell me what happens.
Fracture:
I purchased Fallout 2 during the sale and also had the color issues.

But if you're not loving handicapped you would have googled how to fix it, like i did.
