When we break 40k BL_IDs

Reasons:
2-99 unused
1337 unused
some IDs between 2000-2900 unused
That only totals less than 1000 IDs.
Wanna know where the rest went?
People who never joined an RTB server after RTB3 launched. Either due to quitting, or being deactivated, or buying the game and not having the funds processed correctly, or buying the game and for some reason never playing, or only playing in passworded servers with friends.

Highest is more like 38015, look at the bottom of the Forums home page.
Also, I meant the 40K BL_ID, not 40k members.
