Yes, it would be courteous of you. My sister has epilepsy, though shes also 24 and doesnt use the forums. An epileptic would have to look at your avatar for a couple seconds too for it to affect them so its not necessary to change it but it would be nice if you did or even if you just slowed down the speed.

Also you dont have to be epileptic for it to bother your eyes.

Yeah, I don't know anyone on here with epilepsy but I think you should change it.
