Server Concept Compendium - or if it were one!

Here's where you put a server concept. The point is to get up a bunch of concepts for no discernible reason whatsoever.
The game's simple, you just say a concept for a server.
In example, "A freebuild server where you can become a zombie and start a family"
But unlike the example, I would like to keep it somewhat serious.
And after getting a lengthy list, I'll start working on some polls to see what concept is deemed most popular by the forum.
