not quite crouch racing but not quite what passes parkour either
team challenges? modeled after game shows? (hopefully japanese ones???)
player-versus-bot adventures?

Mirrors Edge - One that doesn't suck balls yey
Medieval challenge - RPG which doesn't have quests that tells you to harvest crops or any gay stuff. More like a Challenge server with medieval theme and no levels.
Ghost TDM - Dead people become ghosts and haunt the living. In some functional tdm way.
Sniper assassin TDM - One stealthy sniper and many innocent people. Needs a huge map. Like murder mystery but not as homo.

this sounds either extremely terrible or really, really fun
it depends mostly on range and whether bullet speed is a factor or not

It actually sounds extremely nooby, but I wish it did not.
I was roleplaying being a sniper today for my own at Sylvanor's Seattle. The city suited so well for such thing because of the size. I wish that such an idea could come true. :(
