All of RTB is down

Everything seems to be back for me apart from the fact I can't connect to RTB connect.

If I get banned, I would see red post above at my profile, But I not see anything banned notice. I need find out why I can't PM to anyone?

You can loose you PM privileges without being banned.

My old account had its PM revoked. Badspot can just revoke your ability right on the spot like that.
