Hello, i am just asking if you can create another
account if you have bought the game. dont ask why the reason is,
because i wont tell you, anyway is there a way because
i have the key on this acount and i dont want to buy

You can't create a new forum account with an authentication key or ID that has already been used. So you will have to buy another key if you want to get a new forum account.
