Running and crouching should do a slide thing, like BRINK or Crysis.
...Then again, it'd make gameplay more annoying.

I've been following BO2 info for months now. It's been confirmed in many videos that there will be a new way to knife your enemy and it showed in the gameplay that he was running around with his knife.
