24 hour time = 12 PM.

Updates aren't usually released at midnight, I'm pretty sure they never have been, the hour counter thing on releases isn't set to the correct time. if it was coming on the 8th, I'd imagine it would be released around noon for Badspot.
Edit: If that's 24 hour time then it may actually be correct. :cookieMonster:
