Oh cool, an S4 thread. I might get back into it if people here still play, lol. My character is dead broke so I can't afford a basic set, so I'll die pretty quick till I can amount at least 16k PEN, but other than that I'm not terrible at it. I can stand my ground against an AP at times with clothes, and I'm sure I could with all of them (I think the ones I have trouble with hack) but it's all good. Katana is lovey man. And also, DETECT. A wall hides you better than a blur. Extra luls if you use Katana and mind shock. It's better for invading than anything. Being able to identify troubling foes by their name without having to point at them is a bonus no matter what. Especially if you know who has that annoying block and sentry up. You can just hunt the owner. You can troll hard with it in chaser, especially against 'friendly to my friends' metagamers. Just kill them and let the rest get free points. You'll never be stuck looking for enemies in any mode. And on top of all that, it was built for countering surprise attacks, and does a good job at that. |
