This is a redux of Anagaea.  Which was pretty much flooded by SWAT One and his posse.  He was the self-declared moderator.  Anagaea died and this came.  This automatically sucks because it isn't medieval to begin with...

Cubikon begins mining cobalt and titanium in large quantities.

Small ragtag teams of rebellious citizens rise up against their oppressors, armed with black market-grade weaponry (I.e. suckish variations of any weaponry used in the city) and armor.  They open fire on Kyrussian, Falistilian, and Erinamese soldiers.  New Manhattan armed forces stand by and watch the ongoing slaughter, some even chiming in on their rebellious chants and shouts, very few decide to join the rebellion, opening fire as well.
