Added some stuff to my Countries format page thingy.

A representative is sent to Chernarus via Super Sea Stallion with the intent of discussing trade routes and possibly an alliance.

Meanwhile the Olvaian "Government" begins production on military bases and strongholds for the Olvaian Revolutionary Army while Naval Forces are sent to scout and report found islands and Governments and if necessary engage in combat.

New Manhattan cargo planes land in Chernarus, offloading 5 million GSR-1's and 1 million 30mm GL's.  Around 20 fighter jets and 10 Tank Buster Jets are also offloaded.
