I think i've suggested this on a few topics but:
It would be like that halloween pack, it would be an item, you would pick it up, and put it on.
I saw people making masks for Blockland minifigs...would this one be possible?
Reconsidered, a decal possible?

In his other topic he said it's for a movie project - which will probably get nowhere.
