Blockland Won't accept key

Recently, this computer I have been using has reset most of my data including Blockland. Now when I try to enter my key when I start Blockland, it won't accept it. I have repeated entering it, entered it different ways, etc. I can't log in to Blockland, does anyone know why?

Make sure you have tried copying and pasting, just in-case you are misinterpreting one of the characters.
