How to allow other players to destroy stuff like host?

I noticed that while I could destroy buildings and object with weapons, etc, my friend could not destroy anything. Is there a way to allow him to do so on the server?

Also, how do I disable the default hover right click mode?

this is probably a troll,
but jets are turned on by holding down rightclick. It's not toggled.
Give your friend super admin and he can use the destructo wand on any build anyone makes.

No, I want to TURN off the ability to use the jets. I want the other players to have to build stairs to get somewhere high.

Alex Man!:

Download the default minigame mod.
People will be forced to join that minigame.
Enable building, set the playertype to no-jet playertype.

Put playerStandardArmor.canJet = false; in the console.
