V21 - Crash on startup

I can't find the prefs thing. I'm probably looking in the wrong place though. Whereabouts is it?
It's been a while since I've done anything of this nature on BL.

go to your Blockland folder- Blockland/config/client
you should open it with notepad++ if you wanna change anything in it tho.
