V21 - Crash on startup

Yes, this is about it crashing on startup. Not about not being able to use shaders/shadows.
So far it's been caused by:
-Fullscreen
or two console messages (or probably the things after it which aren't appearing):
-Destroying curtain
-Activating package: CanvasCursor
