V21 - Crash on startup

And the same day I got my iPhone, too! D: I'll kill you, V21!!! My Intel Dual Core T3200 2.0GHz with 4GB RAM and Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit laptop has FAILED ME FOR THE FIRST TIME. Why, Badspot, why?

blockland says I have an Intel Pentium III timed at around 2.6GHz.
dxdiag says I have an Intel Celeron which is also timed at 2.6GHz.
graphics card is consistent; Nvidia Quadro FX 1300.
