V21 - Crash on startup

Some people don't have the money for it, and their computers would be bottlenecked if they attempted to buy a new GC.
I, like many others, have a chipset family edition graphics card which is near-to-useless on most games. I can't technically get a new one, though, because of the rest of my computer. I'm stuff out of luck.

Like a lot of others said, its the Canvas Cursor.
Nothing is wrong with the graphics cards
It's just a bug that (hopefully?) will be fixed.
