V21 - Crash on startup

Checked out the launcher.log and found several errors. No add-ons, config file removed, -trace mode.

Launcher.log errors:
Activating the OpenGL display device...
Activating the OpenGL display device... (NEW)

   Voodoo 2 display device not detected.

<input> (0): Unable to find function resetCanvas

Failed to load profile bitmap ()



Console.log errors:
Syntax error in input.

            Activating the OpenGL display device...

              winState.hGLRC does not exist
              winState.appDC does not exist
              winState.appWindow does not exist

What's strange is that I am crashing regardless of the fact that I am not running Intel.
