v21 Not working.

Apparently I'm getting a "NO" on something called "EXT_texture3d".
Anybody else getting the same problem?

I turned mine on and in the log it said alot of errors and and the bottom line it said:
ERROR: renderVsm_prog shader compilation failed, disableing shaders
It said something about a file not existing and trying to compile it. Then something about compiling failed.
I have a windows I-5 2.67 GH core and intel intagraded graphics.
