V21 bug compilation thread - badspot made one.

Changing to windowed mode doesn't fix it. I by default start in Windowed. Is there possibly another fix of some sort?

Also I am frequently crashing on startup with this in the console:

I'm assuming part of the problem of shaders not showing up is the "EXT_texture3D" not being present and shader shadow initialization is getting skipped. Lol.

I hope the Start Server menu gets black outline around the white text.  A bit hard to read kinda.
