V21 Missing file?

Sorry, badspot, I was full of anger/sadness that I couldn't play V21. Also It said this. Error missing file, then a bunch of numbers, Now when i turn on the launcher, it says loading stuff, but nothing happens. :(

Game loading...Console appears....Blockland is not responding. Windows is trying to find a solution. Than it all just closes.
