Cant start games

Mr Man:

Whenever I try to join a server or start a single player game, just as it finishes loading it crashes and I need to close it. This has only started happening since I turned on the shaders.

Mr Man:

Also, It will work if I have minimum or no shaders on but on minimum, no bricks have textures and all emitters are floating cubes.
