How to change change colorsets with V21?

Jario steam messaged me about changing colorsets with the new update, I searched for some help on this issue but couldn't find anything.

Anyone know how to change colorsets now?

Open Colorset_Whatever.zip

Copy colorset.txt to config/server/

You can also put it in a gamemode.
