ZAPT - Is it still broken?

I tried hosting a ZAPT server just now, and I know it's been broken since v20 and I was wondering if it has any fixes? I made a minigame, but nothing spawns. I wrench the brick and there's a zombie apparently spawning there but nothing is there. I select it and it just says "Your -zombie- will spawn when the Director spawns it" and I reset the minigame but still nothing happens. Why is this?

NOEDIT: I also have removed Rotondo's zombie mod and still nothing happens.
