Gamemode change - message box for rejoin

It'd be nice if when changing the gamemode; and players are kicked, they get a messagebox to rejoin

Yeah I hate how that happens because they'll think the server was closed or something.

Yes, because i ended up changing gamemodes and i lost all my players on the server..

I'll do this.

It's done, and should work. Right when you're about to change the game mode, type /rejoin. Tell me if it's broke.
