You dont have to delete your whole config folder. If this was even close to working you would only need to delete your prefs.cs found in config/client |

All this probably did for him is make BL start in windowed instead of fullscreen. In which case you don't need to delete anything, just change that bit in the file |

Shaders aren't enabled by default. I just had this epic failure. |
