Can't see Shadow and Shaders?

Okay, so no UltraGraphics is not installed.

I set all my graphics to high, low, medium, etc. nothing happens, no shaders or anything

I do not run Intel, I run AMD Sempron, I know some people told me to wait, but is there anything I can do?

I've seen this happen to people before.
I'm not entirely sure what causes this.
