Step 1
Disassemble your laptop

Step 2
Remove old graphics card

Step 3
Put in new one (most likely impossible)

Step 4
Reassemble laptop (most likely impossible)

Step 5
Make OS and drivers accept new card

Yes but who wants to carry around a bulky graphics card in their hand everywhere? It likely weighs more than the laptop itself.
Plus it needed to be plugged in with a separate PSU anyway.
