Environment/Game Mode not Working

It worked for me about 3 times, but when I try it now, the Environment keeps saying "Loading."  I waited for like 30 minutes and it was still loading.

And when I want to change the game mode through the admin menu, nothing is there, just black boxes.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Wow that's weird, I doubt anyone else has this problem.

And my laptop runs pretty fast, and I haven't been lagging at all.

When this happens, I start to lag.
