Name some of the best things of v21 (aside from shadows and such)

The gamemodes thing is really awesome. Can't wait to see what people make. Singleplayer adventures can also be played better since the gamemodes force you into a minigame and limit what you can do.
I've heard vehicle physics are improved now and they don't have epileptic seizures on bricks. That's good too.

people aren't going to make more cool gamemodes like rampage often
but overall, I LOVE THE NEW GAMEMODE UPDATE

How do you know this? We never had a feature like this before. Now more people are inspired and have functions to make whatever they want. It opens a lot of possibilities.
