How do you make faces?

You could figure this out just by looking at the faces you do have in your add-ons folder.

Iv never seen the faces in my blockland folder but im betting that its a scaled template (specific dimentions) with an alpha channel and the details on top.
But thats just a guess. creating/ editing one of those should create a new face.
