Ack! A long list! That can't be right!

Good idea.
Except the side pane already has add-ons, music, and advanced tabs which complicates the layout slightly.
Paradon:
Music would go into this list, and the add-on tab wouldn't be needed.
You could just make a line or something with the advanced tab on the other side of the line.

How about having expandable/collapsible headers above each category? It would be like RTB, but it would also clutter the sidebar less. And are you planning to add an option for switching coloursets?

This would make more sense.
But i like both ideas.

I also can't stand the new check bubbles. I got them backwards first time and i still have to recheck to make sure I'm doing it right.
