Color Sets?

Ok, this is probably a derpy question and I'm missing something obvious, but how do you use color sets in v21?

When starting a server, make sure you are in Custom and enable it through the add-ons list.
It'll be down the C part because colorsets are labeled "Colorset_colorsetname".

No, that's not how.

Open the colorset add-on you want, and copy the colorSet.txt in it to config/server/.
